Doherty May Do 90210 Again

Shannen Doherty, the actress who played Brenda Walsh on the teen drama Beverly Hills, 90210 in the '90s, may be in talks to play the same role on the CW's new version of the show, Entertainment Weekly reports. The 37-year-old actress is reportedly interested in returning to the role but "wants to know what the story is going to be first."

Another 90210 alum has already signed up to reprise their role on the spin-off. Costar Jennie Garth will play Kelly Taylor once again.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Garth and Doherty did not have the best relationship on the original 90210 set, which leads some to question if they can patch things up if both were to appear on the new show. Garth, for her part, sees no reason why the two of wouldn't get along on the set.

"A lot of time has passed, and I'm a big girl," Garth tells EW, "I'd have no problem with her coming on the show."
