Family Guy Creator Cleans Up His Act
Seth MacFarlane, creator of the hit show, Family Guy, has decided it is time to heighten his productivity, not himself, and kick his illegal drug habit, WENN reports.
MacFarlane has promised to give up marijuana, admitting it makes him rather paranoid.
"One of the last times I was stoned, I was convinced that I would die unless I kept moving my body. So I sat there, baked, waving my arms around like a crazy person," he reflects.
He recently signed a $100 million deal with 20th Century Fox, which makes him the highest-paid writer-producer in television, and has also made him determined to stay responsible.
"I don't smoke much pot anymore," MacFarlane says.
MacFarlane has won two Emmys for Family Guy, and has been nominated for several other accolades, such as Britain's BAFTA award.
