Ashley Dupre, the young woman that former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer paid as an escort, has dropped a lawsuit she filed against Joe Francis of "Girls Gone Wild."
The suit originated from Dupre's claims that GGW had used her name and likeness to sell its product.
The former D.C. call girl also alleged that she was tricked into signing the consent form for the company.
Francis was able to produce videotaped evidence that Dupre did indeed know what she was signing.
As a result, Dupre has dropped the suit, saying she wants to focus on the "exciting new projects" that await her.
