C-Rod Requests Surveillance Info from Husband

Wife of Yankees star wants to know if she’s being followed.
Cynthia Rodriguez, the estranged wife of New York Yankees 3rd baseman Alex Rodriguez, has demanded to know whether Rodriguez has followed her or listened in on any of her conversations, E! Online reports.
Mrs. Rodriguez filed a motion in Miami-Dade court last week asking for any tape recordings, photographs, investigative reports, or any other surveillance her husband could have used recently.
Mrs. Rodriguez filed for divorce last week in light of her husband's relationship with Madonna, which was played upon heavily in the New York tabloids. Mrs. Rodriguez made more news after she went to Paris for a visit with singer Lenny Kravitz, a longtime friend. Kravitz denies that their relationship is anything more than platonic.
