Ambre No Longer Bret's Rock of Love

Bret Michaels and Ambre Lake split and another season of "Rock of Love" will hit the airwaves.

Rock of Love will be back for another season on VH1. Rocker Bret Michaels and Rock of Love 2 winner Ambre Lake have decided to call it quits. The couple says scheduling conflicts were the reason for the breakup. Michaels was on tour while Lake was pursuing her career. When speaking about the demise of her rock star relationship Lake said, "Bret and I truly love each other and support each other. But with him touring so much and me trying to travel and work, we just didn't have a lot of time to dedicate to our relationship. It was mutual. We're both bummed."

Despite not being able to make a relationship work the second time around, the 45-year-old Poison frontman will once again try to find love on another season of Rock of Love. VH1 announced the split and promoted the show's new season which will air at the beginning of 2009. The network promises that the new season will be even crazier than the previous two. Michaels and his suitors are moving out of the mansion and instead traveling around the country on a tour bus. Mud Bowl 3, Truck Stop Olympics, a dance competition on the St. Louis Arch, and a BBQ contest under the World's Largest Thermometer are among the possible highlights for the upcoming season.

Lake has also expressed her support for a bunch of other girls trying to win her man's love, saying, "I can't stress enough that I support his decision. He's going to take it on the road, and that's where he spends the majority of his life. What a great concept."
