Candy Spelling Buys $47 Million Condo
23-Jul-2008
Written by: Michelle Vaccaro

Candy Spelling bought a $47 million condo in Los Angeles.

One would have thought it would be enough to own a 123-room mansion, but now Candy Spelling has shelled out some more dough for new digs. According to the Los Angeles Times, the 62-year-old bought a 16,500 square foot, two-story condo. Tori’s mom purchased the new place in a Century City residential tower for $47 million.

Wondering what you can get for $47 million? Spelling’s new home will contain a 360-degree view (which includes Los Angeles and South Catalina Island), a 25-guest dining room, a 4,000 square foot master bedroom, a conservatory with a rose garden, an exercise room, a massage room, and, of course, a swimming pool.

Spelling, who is the wife of deceased television producer Aaron Spelling, is planning on moving out of the mansion and should be able to move into her new place by next year. The residential tower will be built next to the Century Plaza Hotel and is expected to be completed by the end of 2009.
