FBI seizes Hathaway's diaries

The FBI has seized private journals of actress Anne Hathaway in connection to ex-boyfriend's fraud charges.

The FBI has seized the private journals of Devil Wears Prada star Anne Hathaway, according to The New York Daily News.

The FBI confiscated the journals in hopes of finding dirt on Hathaway's ex-boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, who is being charged with 11 counts of fraud and money laundering.

According to the Daily News, agents also confiscated photos of Follieri with Bill and Hillary Clinton, Pope John Paul II, as well as presumptive Republican presidential candidate Senator John McCain and his wife, Cindy.

The FBI also took documents, watches, a Tiffany clock, an antique Bible, as well as personal photos of Follieri and Hathaway.

Sources say Hathaway has cut off all contact with Follieri and has even changed her phone numbers so he cannot reach her.

Hathaway has not been charged with any crimes.
