Alicia Keys and Jack White to Release Bond Theme

Columbia pictures announced Tuesday that Alicia Keys and Jack White of The White Stripes have teamed up to record the theme for the latest James Bond film, Quantum of Solace.

The 22nd Bond film's theme song will be sung by the duo and will go down as the first duet in the history of the Bond soundtrack. Amy Winehouse and Leona Lewis had been rumored to be the vocalists for the theme. According to Reuters, White wrote and produced the song and also played drums for the track.

While Quantum of Solace won't be released in North America until November 7, fans can enjoy the soundtrack being released by Keys's J Records on October 28.
