Alicia Keys and Jack White Record Theme for "Quantum of Solace"

Rhythm and blues singer Alicia Keys and rock singer Jack White have recorded the theme for the new 007 film, "Quantum of Solace."

According to the BBC, singers Alicia Keys and Jack White have recorded the theme for the new James Bond film, Quantum of Solace.

Keys joined forces with White for "Another Way to Die," the first duet in Bond theme history. White, the star of rock bands the White Stripes and the Raconteurs, has written, produced and played drums on the track.

Keys and White, who are both leading figures in the U.S. music scene, have 18 Grammys between them.

Quantum of Solace, which picks up from Casino Royale with Bond setting out to avenge the apparent death of his lover, will be released in the U.S. in November. Daniel Craig will reprise the role of 007.

Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, producers of the film, said, "We are delighted and pleased to have two such exciting artists as Jack and Alicia."

Quantum of Solace is the 22nd official film in the 007 series.
