Mary-Kate Olsen Will Not Talk About Heath Ledger's Death

Mary-Kate Olsen has her lips sealed. According to FOX News, the former child star has refused to talk to police about Heath Ledger's death unless she has immunity from prosecution.

Olsen, who was a close friend of Ledger's, was the first person called by the masseuse who found his body on the floor of his apartment. Olsen, then, supposedly didn't call the police but her bodyguards, who arrived at Ledger's place at the same time as paramedics.

It has been determined, so far, that Ledger's death was the product of an accidental overdose due to prescription drugs and the painkiller, OxyContin, and according to a New York Post source, all people questioned have been helpful but Olsen.

"Everyone has been very eager to help, saying what a great guy Heath was, everyone except Mary-Kate, who has refused to speak," said the source.

Authorities could make Olsen collaborate with the investigation if they obtain a subpoena.
