Could The Hills be close to an Emmy? Not really. While the reality show will not get any nominations anytime soon for the prestigious television awards, its star is getting closer.
Lauren Conrad will be a presenter at the awards on September 21 and sources have told E! News that the models that carry the awards and hand them out to the winners will all be dressed in LC's clothing line.
Another surprise for the Emmys is a new host. According to E!, joining cohosts, Ryan Seacrest, Heidi Klum, Tom Bergeron, Howie Mandel and Jeff Probst, will be Oprah Winfrey. No word on what the mogul will be doing on stage, but she is set to open up the show.
