Ugly Betty Envious of Gossip Girl?

Lately, the actresses of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 have been getting a fair deal of media exposure, not for their actions, but rather for their lack thereof.

With young Hollywood today causing a significant stir in the tabloids, it is refreshing to see a group of young actresses behaving themselves.

The Chicago Sun-Times put it best: "In an era when young Hollywood has gone wild, the Sisterhood remains mild."

But, according to ActressArchives.com, the sisterhood may not be as angelic as it appears. In a recent promotional interview with Sisterhood starlets America Ferrera and Blake Lively, the Ugly Betty star seemed bored, and sometimes even annoyed when the conversation turned to her costar's television show.

At a point in the interview, the interviewer began asking Lively questions about Gossip Girl. The first question, which asked Lively if the second season could be as good as the first, received a perfectly suitable response from the actress, who assured that there was a lot more action to come, reported ActressArchives.com. Ferrera, however, chose to avert her eyes.

As Lively went on to discuss plot points and cast members, Ferrera's expression continued to scream boredom, with the star even rolling her eyes at one of Lively's responses.

The actresses have been doing a considerable amount of promotion for the new movie lately, and of course it's possible that Ferrera was just tired. But maybe she just realized that glasses and orthodontic accessories weren't the only way into a TV show.
