Paris Sued for Not Promoting Her Own Film
Heiress sued for not promoting "Pledge This!"
Paris Hilton is heading to court again and this time it is because of her acting job. Florida-based production company Worldwide Entertainment Group sued Hilton on Tuesday for breach of contract for her straight-to-DVD film, Pledge This!
According to the lawsuit, Hilton did not fulfill her duties of promoting this film as her paycheck of $1 million meant for it to be done. Now, the heiress is being asked to pay $75,000 in damages for not providing "reasonable promotion and publicity" for her film.
Hilton's reps have yet to comment on the topic.
