“Lost” Star Gets a Raise
16-Aug-2008
Written by: Phillecia Cochran

“Lost” star Matthew Fox will see a significant salary increase with the new fall season.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Lost star Matthew Fox has entered into an agreement with ABC Studios to continue his run on the ABC drama with a significant salary increase.

Fox is expected to earn around $225,000 per episode this season compared to his $150,000 per episode earnings last season. This pay increase puts him at the same per episode salary as the stars of Desperate Housewives.

The rest of the Lost cast are currently renegotiating their deals as well.

Though Lost is considered to have an ensemble cast, Fox is often billed as the lead on the Emmy-winning series. After the cast’s first raises in January 2006, each star received an $80,000 raise per episode, while Fox received the same as well as a $250,000 bonus.
