No Wedding in the Works for T. R. Knight

The actor and his boyfriend are not planning a wedding, but are very happy together.
While T. R. Knight was happy to hear about Ellen DeGeneres’s wedding to actress Portia de Rossi this past weekend, he claims that a wedding is not in the works for he and his boyfriend anytime soon, E! Online reports.
“I’m happy for them,” Knight said of the recently wed couple at the AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s Hot in Hollywood Awards on Saturday night at Avalon, an L.A. nightclub. Speaking out about a new California law that allows gay couples to wed, the Grey’s Anatomy actor added, “I’m very happy that we can talk about this subject—very, very happy.”
Although Knight says that he and boyfriend Mark Cornelsen are not planning a wedding, “right now,” he did reveal that the two “just celebrated a little over eight months” together as a couple.
When asked about the upcoming season of Grey’s Anatomy, Knight was less talkative. “They’ll kill me,” he joked to reporters. “You don’t understand. There’s a room they take us into.”
Other celebrities also came out to the AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s Hot in Hollywood Awards, including hostess America Ferrera, honoree Jaime Pressly, Katherine Heigl, Mark Indelicato, Jane Lynch, Antonio Sabato, Jr., Emily Deschanel, Josh Radnor, and reality television star Tila Tequila.
