Gallbladder Problems
18-Aug-2008
Written by: Jane Squires

Gallbladder pain is awful.

Just recently my oldest daughter had emergency gallbladder surgery. She has been blacking out for three years and they could not find the problem. But this time she was in so much pain and gallstones were not passing so they removed her gallbladder. She feels better than she has in a long time.

Little did I know I would be facing the pain of what she has just endured. But last night I got hit with a gallbladder attack. I took three Zantac in 30 min. to no avail as well as four fiber caplets, all to no avail. The pain was so bad I had to take a pain med I have for my arthritis. I called my Pastor for prayer as well as my husband. My husband was on standby all night (he's a Deputy) waiting to see if I needed to call him. I should have called the ambulance, it was so bad.

I have had a sluggish day. I hope it doesn't happen again because next time I will be at the ER.
