Janet Jackson creates new line of lingerie.

Janet Jackson, a star who may now be more famous for her lack of attire, has jumped into the mob of celebrities turned designers.

According to People, Jackson, 42, has teamed up with designer Bruno Shiavi to create a new line of lingerie. The feminine garments are dubbed Pleasure Principle, after Jackson’s 1987 hit song. The pop diva is in good company, as Shiavi has also recently collaborated with none other than cable’s Dr. Rey of Dr. 90210 for their Shapewear collection.

Pleasure Principle will focus on comfort and affordability with every article priced under $40. The line will come in a wide variety of sizes to suit almost every woman’s body type. Even with the emphasis on comfort, the designers haven’t forgotten to make the underwear stylish, with a diverse selection of colors and fabrics.

The new line is scheduled to hit stores in North America by November.

Perhaps we’ll see advertisements for them during the next Super Bowl?
