Radiohead Covers Neil Young
27-Aug-2008
Written by: E. Van Dril

They played a version of Tell Me Why.

Radiohead continues to innovate in the music world.

They have played around with new laser technology for their new video for "House of Cards." They then allowed their fans to manipulate the lasers and create their own videos, the best five receiving special recognition.

They also, as it has been well documented, allowed fans to pay whatever they please for the outstanding In Rainbows.

But sometimes, it's best for even the most innovative bands to return to the past.

This was the case at Radiohead's Hollywood Bowl show earlier in the week.

Thom Yorke and Johnny Greenwood performed their own version of Neil Young's opening track off the album, After the Gold Rush, "Tell Me Why," on Monday.

The pair had reportedly tried to play the song in Washington the previous week, but Yorke forgot the words.

Anyways, the link to the video is:

Enjoy.
