Stiller to be honored at Black Tie Salute by Museum of Moving Images Nov. 12 in New York.

In New York, actor and director Ben Stiller was selected as this year's recipient of the 24th Annual Black-Tie Salute by the Museum of Moving Images (MOMI).

The event will benefit MOMI's educational programs and endeavors. The event is scheduled for Nov. 12 at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York. At the event, Stiller's colleagues will show clips from his career and pay tribute to the actor.

"Ben Stiller is one of the great talents of American entertainment: a memorable actor, an accomplished director and writer, an Emmy Award winner and an innovative producer," said MOMI director Rochelle Slovin.
