Roller Coaster Ride of Life

I am beginning to think it won’t stop.
Since menopause, life has become a roller coaster. It seems my emotions are hard for me to control. I can try all I want, but I will still fall apart. I am not enjoying it to say the least.
Women wait and wait until they can quit having monthly cycles, only to find out it isn't any better. Your bones begin to become brittle. Your moods are awful - at least before, it was only once a month.
More and more aches and pains are in your body than there ever were when young. You worry because you begin to get wrinkles and look old. Your body isn't as firm as it once was. You have to work harder and harder to stay beautiful.
Your children leave home and you wonder where your life went. Time has flown by so quickly and you wish you had done some of the things you wanted to. But now it is too late and you have not the energy to do it.
I just want off the roller coaster of emotions.
