Now, instead of Johnson on the back of his jersey, it will say Ocho Cinco.

The receiver who wears #85 for the Cincinnati Bengals is now, legally, Chad Ocho Cinco.
Miami radio station 790 The Ticket reported Thursday night that the long-rumored name change became official, which was confirmed by Broward Country officials in their talk with Will Brinson (from FanHouse).
So now, there's no way that the NFL can stop the outspoken receiver from sporting the Ocho Cinco on his back, without being fined (as he was two years ago by the league).
In addition to getting his name changed this offseason, Johnson constantly asked for a trade from the Bengals (the only team for which he's played). The Bengals are expected to finish last in their division this season.
