Lindsay Lohan’s Grandpa Dead

Colon cancer killed the famous celeb’s grandfather Thursday.
And it’s helped the relationship between Michael and Lindsay Lohan, according to Michael.
As many have heard, the tie between father and daughter has been constantly on the rocks. Lindsay sent her father a message that read, “Now papa has found peace and maybe we can find peace in our lives, too,” reported Michael who spoke to E!, at the time of the family member’s death.
The recent controversial relationship between Lindsay and her friend, Samantha Ronson, also caused a stir up with Lindsay’s father, apparently. The two blogged about the irritation they had with Michael and his “concern” for their relationship, according to eonline.com. Lindsay noted that if her dad cared about her he would respect her decisions, while Ronson added that Michael is desperate for media attention.
Michael says the sickness of his 73-year-old father is why he has not made a big deal about his recent engagement to girlfriend Erin Muller, says eonline.com.
Lindsay planned to visit her grandfather sometime in the spring when the cancer had gotten a little worse by spreading to his lungs. He was being hospitalized in Long Island, N.Y. His health had been declining for a while.
