A blogger suspected of streaming songs from Chinese Democracy, the unreleased album from Guns N' Roses, has been arrested.
Kevin Cogill, 27, was arrested on Wednesday by FBI agents when he was suspected of violating federal copyright laws. According to authorities, nine songs from the unreleased album were posted by Cogill to his Web site in June, though they were later removed.
An arrest affidavit states Cogill admitted he posted the songs from Chinese Democracy. The album is the highly anticipated album from Guns N' Roses that has been in the making for over 10 years.
