Lohan Stalking Phelps?

Serial dater Lindsay Lohan may already have her sights set on someone new! Although the star is rumored to be dating her gal pal, Samantha Ronson, it appears that their relationship has not stopped Lohan from hitting on 23-year-old Michael Phelps, an Olympic gold swimmer.

"At first he thought it was a joke when she got in touch. But she's since been phoning and texting constantly. It's become a running joke in his camp," a source close to Phelps told the Mirror.

"Lindsay has been trying to meet up with him," the source adds. Although no plans have been reported as of yet, the stars are bound to run into one another soon. "They're both going to the MTV Video Music Awards next month so they'll be sure to see each other properly then," the source explains.

In the meantime, the swimmer, who won eight gold medals at the games earlier this month, is "certainly flattered by all the attention but it's not clear how seriously he's taking it all."
