The Changeling star expresses interest in acting in a French film.
Angelina Jolie really wants to star in a French movie. So why hasn’t she? Well, no one has asked her yet!
According to People, the Tomb Raider star has been studying French for years, and with the Brangelina family team having set up camp just outside of Nice, the actress has started to express interest in starring in a French film.
"I truly am interested – more and more fantastic films are coming out of Europe and other cultures," she told German magazine Focus in an interview.
Jolie is the star in the forthcoming Changeling, but admits to rarely watching movies herself. "It's simply hard for me to sit still for two hours," she confessed. "I would rather read something, or study or travel to experience something new."
She is currently spending time with boyfriend Brad Pitt and their six children in the South of France, but when will we see Jolie uttering sweet nothings in the language of love?
"When I can really speak it, then maybe I'll audition for a French film in a few years," she told Focus.
