Keira Knightly Shell-Shocked

Pirates of the Caribbean star Keira Knightley was reportedly shaken when a fan subjected her to abusive rants while she was out alone in public.

At the time of the confrontation, the British actress was contemplating future film projects, when a man suddenly leapt out and yelled her name.

"The other day I was walking down the street and was really thinking about this book I'd been sent. You know when you're really in another place. Somebody jumped out and went, 'Keira Knightley!' Contactmusic quoted Knightley, as saying. When the fan attempted to speak to her while she was walking close to her home, she was shaken when he began using intense profanity against her. "He said, 'Who the f**k do you think you f***ing are? You're such a ****.' All this, and I'm completely on my own," Knightly said according to thewest.com.au.

"I got such a shock, I couldn't say anything because I'd been thinking about the book and this guy took incredible offence and started hurling the most amazing abuse," she added. However, the stunning actress has revealed that although she was startled enough to hire a bodyguard, similar situations have occurred enough to make her "quite jumpy."
