Paris Hilton and Ryan Seacrest Join Forces for New Scripted Show

Paris Hilton, who is starring in a new MTV reality show called BFF, and Ryan Seacrest are teaming up to write a script for a new scripted show that will likely feature Hilton acting.

The two stars have joined forces through their respective production companies - Paris Hilton Entertainment and Ryan Seacrest Productions - with Hilton also bringing in her right-hand man, Jason Moore, to produce the show.

"Paris knows exactly how to have fun with herself," Seacrest recently said in an interview. "She works hard but doesn't take herself too seriously."

Hilton has recently made headlines for getting involved in an online presidential compaign, which has turned into a viral YouTube video sensation. In the video, she combines the energy plans of John McCain and Barack Obama to turn the tables on McCain, who has compared Obama to the likes of Hilton.

The series is still being worked on, but Seacrest offered a teaser.

"The show," he says, "will be loud."
