Chris Daughtry Guest Stars on CSI: NY Along with Rumer Willis and Nelly

The famous musician shows off his acting chops in the hit detective/crime show.
It’s been confirmed that American Idol’s favorite rock star, Chris Daughtry, will join other big-name celebrities as they guest star on the 100th episode of CBS’s CSI: NY.
In this episode, the NY team will focus on finding a serial killer that hunts people named Mac Taylor, who is also the character that Gary Sinise plays in the show. Daughtry will be Machiavelli Taylor, “an attractive, 30-something-year-old musician,” as the production notes said.
People wrote that Daughtry will film his part on Monday. Other Mac Taylors in the episode will be Rumer Willis, who’s already shot her appearance, and Scott Wolf. Nelly, Julia Ormond, and NFL star Marshall Faulk will also guest star.
