Kathy Griffin Signs On for More “D-List”
23-Sep-2008
Written by: E. Van Dril

Griffin just presented at the Emmys this past weekend.

After winning an Emmy for best reality program for her hailed My Life on the D-List, Kathy Griffin has more to celebrate.

The comedian agreed to sign on for a fifth season of her reality show with Bravo.

Griffin earned her second consecutive Emmy in the reality program category on Sept. 13. Because of this win, her high standing as a comedian and her reality show, Griffin was asked to raise her profile and present at the Emmy awards.

And since she is so controversial on her show, this brought quite a stir before the Emmys aired. But Griffin was, of course, upstaged by Don Rickles, who won his first Emmy.

The fourth season of D-List ended on Aug. 13 on Bravo. The network has not announced when the fifth season will air.

Leading up to this announcement were multiple rumors that said other networks were pursuing Griffin's show - much like Project Runway.
