Donald Trump Colleagues with Rosie O’Donnell?

Rosie O’Donnell to make variety show with NBC.

NBC has long been Donald Trump’s domain, but will his arch nemesis soon be joining the cast of the peacock network?

According to E!, comedian Rosie O’Donnell has signed on for an hour-long variety program airing November 26, the eve of Thanksgiving. Reportedly, if this show gathers enough viewers, according to Nielsen ratings, then she will be given a full-time series . . . again.

The show will open with a topical monologue and include many celebrity guests of both comedic and musical nature as well as funny sketches of a yet undetermined nature. As is the case with many Rosie venues, prizes will be rewarded to her audience. The show will be performed from New York City and is scheduled to be live, a rare occurrence in this day and age.

Perhaps the bringing together of feuding celebrities under an umbrella network will cool the bitter rivalry. Or perhaps it’s NBC’s intention to gain ratings due to more possible exchanges between the two cultural giants?
