Nolte Injured in Home Fire

Actor Nick Nolte is currently suffering the aftereffects of smoke inhalation in addition to several abrasions that he received after putting out a small fire in his Malibu home.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department was called Tuesday morning to put out a fire at Nolte's home. When the firefighters arrived, they found Nolte attempting to put out the aforementioned fire himself.
They came in and helped put out the flames in Nolte's bedroom, according to reports. TMZ reports that Nolte suffered more than $1 million in structural damage, and over $500,000 in content damage.
Nolte, 67, soon after putting out the fire, went to the hospital for treatment for his injuries.
