NYP: Sarah Palin to Guest on "SNL" on Oct. 25
Today, the New York Post wrote that Sarah Palin will give Tina Fey a rest from playing her on Saturday Night Live on October 25.
A day after preliminary reports said that Palin was interested in appearing on the show, the newspaper wrote that Palin is already booked to be on the show.
Her rehearsal time has been set for October 24, and she is reportedly looking forward to appearing on the show.
Part of this, one could argue, is to reverse the ongoing satirical criticism that Tina Fey's character is bringing to the McCain-Palin campaign.
This has been negative for the campaign, and in order to attempt to sway voters before the November 4 election, Palin, the hottest name in politics (not necessarily for the right reasons), will try to connect with the young demographic before the election.
Check back for more news on this, especially when the McCain-Palin campaign confirms this.
