Lisa Marie Presley Has Twins

Lisa Marie and husband welcomed their new bundles Tuesday.
It’s a girl for Lisa Marie Presley and husband Michael Lockwood, um two girls that is.
The 40-year-old singer gave birth to twin daughters on Tuesday, Oct 7, reports People.com.
The girls entered the world by C-section at around 2:46 p.m., weighing a healthy 5 lbs., 15 oz. and 5 lbs., 2 oz.
Rep for the singer, Cindy Guagenti, said that every thing is well and that, "The babies and mom are happy and healthy and resting at home."
This will make four children for Presley who has another daughter, 19–year-old model Riley, and son Benjamin, 15, from her first marriage with Danny Keough.
Surprisingly, it was mother Priscilla and not the singer herself who broke the news that Presley was indeed having twins as she told Entertainment Tonight, "She wanted it really to be kept a secret for a long time."
Her mother agreed with her daughter's wanting to keep her pregnancy a secret, saying, "I think women should, because they should be able to announce what they're having and when it's time to make the announcement."
The singer later stated on her Myspace page that she and Lockwood were "beyond thrilled and blessed, elated and saturated in happiness” about the pregnancy.
So congrats to the happy parents!
