What's the Obsession with Slimming Down Post Baby?!!

Losing the baby fat fast!

Celebrities are known for the iconoclasts they are and, in the case of post pregnant bodies, they continue to break the mold. These days, attention has been drawn to the bods of new celebrity moms whose bodies have been bouncing back in record time. Getting rid of the post baby fat and doing so as fast as possible has become the new fad in Hollywood. From Jessica Alba, to Nicole Kidman, to Halle Berry, to the bearers of twins Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez, post baby bodies amongst the stars prove to be major league competition for Tyra's America's Next Top Models.



So what's the message to the rest of the masses? Now what can women tell their hubbies as they wonder to themselves, how come they can do it and my wife can't? Well, hopefully the rest of the masses realize that, unlike these celebrity women who have the luxury of personal trainers and an abundance of time and assistance coming any which way they like, life for us is totally different.



In the most ordinary cases, the new mom stumbles to fine tune the art of multitasking which means, take care of the baby, the body and the house during maternity leave. Having the majority of the responsibility falling on the mother gives less time for an already worn out mom to focus on reducing body fat.



Of course the cases with these celebrity moms are wonderful images for new moms to live up to, but if you strive and don't achieve, don't beat yourself up about it! In the real world, losing the baby fat takes a bit more time.
