Oasis's Dig Out Your Soul debuted at number five in their first week on the United States charts, which marks their best mark in over 10 years.
The band's new record sold 53,000 copies in week one, and it was the first time the Manchester band broke the top five since releasing Be Here Now in 1997.
Dig Out Your Soul also did very well on the digital sales charts, debuting at number two after selling 20,000 downloads.
The rest of the chart was rather expected. T.I. held the number one spot, with Metallica following on the Atlanta rapper's heels with Death Magnetic.
Rise Against came in third and Jennifer Hudson rose to number four with her self-titled album.
