Pop phenoms slated to play Fox’s halftime concert.
Breakout boy band of the year, the Jonas Brothers, have just added their name to the impressive list of acts to play the NFL's halftime show, according to the New York Times.
The Nov. 27 game, between the Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks, features the halftime concert as part of Fox’s broadcast of the game. It also marks the launch of the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle campaign.
The Jonases are also set to release their new music video this Sunday, Oct. 19, on the Disney Channel. “Lovebug” is the second single off of the multi-platinum third album, A Little Bit Longer. The video is rumored to be a period piece, starring actress Camilla Belle.
Previous NFL halftime headliners have included Kelly Clarkson, Toby Keith and Carrie Underwood.
Nostalgic for a little rock and roll? Tune in to the Superbowl XLIII halftime, set to air Feb. 1 on NBC for the Boss. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band are slated to perform.
