Madonna and Guy Ritchie's Divorce Agreement

Guy Ritchie will get nearly $18 million from Madonna in their divorce settlement, according to the NYDailyNews.com.

While $18 million might seem to be a relatively paltry amount since Madonna is reportedly worth around $500 million, a friend of Ritchie's said, "He has had enough of the Madonna circus and he is massively relieved. It was never about the money," according to the NYDailyNews.com.

Ritchie will also reportedly keep Ashcombe House, a 1,200 acre home in Wiltshire. However, he is also planning to buy his own place in New York since Madonna wants to raise the children in the States. Ritchie will still have complete access to his sons, Rocco and David Banda.

While there has been speculation that Madonna had an affair with Alex Rodriguez, that wasn't the only problem with their marriage.

"Guy fell out of love with Madonna a long time ago," a friend of Ritchie's said, according to the NYDailyNews.com. "It's very sad, but really they were only together for the kids."

Also, Madonna introduced the Kabbalah faith to Ritchie, who recently told Extra that he doesn't "really understand Kabbalah as a religion."

Their divorce agreement also binds Ritchie to a gagging clause, preventing him from speaking publicly about his marriage to the international superstar.

A source close to Ritchie told Britain's Daily Mail that keeping quiet shouldn't be a problem.

"Guy is more than happy to sign - it's not his style to talk," the source said. "Guy is walking away and has said he is a much happier man."
