Are the Wheels Coming Off for the Cowboys?

The Dallas Cowboys losing to the New York Giants on Sunday was another disappointment. It was not even close, as the Super Champs (New York) annihilated the Cowboys with the final score being 35-14 at New York. Giants quarterback had two turnovers (a fumble and an interception), but he did throw for three touchdowns, New York running backs Brandon Jacobs and Derrick Ward both had a touchdown, and Jacobs rushed for over 100 yards again this season. Justin Tuck and the rest of the Giants defense continued to sack Dallas with ease.

For Dallas, veteran quarterback and Super Bowl champion Brad Johnson played poorly during the first half. As a result, Johnson was benched for an inexperienced quarterback, Brooks Bollinger. The Giants are now perfect at home this year with a record of 5-0, first place in their NFC East division, and an overall record of 7-1. Regrettably for Dallas Cowboys fans, they have fallen to a record of 5-4 and last place in their NFC East division.
