Mazel Tov, Adam!

Mazel tov, Adam! Adam Sandler and his wife, Jackie, have welcomed a second baby daughter into the world.

Their newborn, Sunny Madeline, was born on Nov. 2, 2008, according to Sandler's official Web site.

A statement was put out making the announcement on November 11. The statement also notes that after the birth of the "beautiful baby girl," "everyone is happy and healthy."

A recurring theme in many of Sandler's movies is the relationship between parents and their children, specifically fathers and their sons. This shows up in Big Daddy, Little Nicky and Billy Madison, among others.

Sandler was most recently in You Don't Mess with the Zohan and will soon be seen in a number of upcoming movies, including Bedtime Stories (in post-production) and Funny People, slated for a 2009 release.
