Jackson Leaves Neverland, But Doesn't Grow Up
I wonder what the Lost Boys think?
Neverland: the name conjures up visions of endless childhood, without any grownups to tell inhabitants how to live. And of course, there is no end to Neverland . . . unless your name is Michael Jackson, that is. In perhaps the most famous case of the mortgage downturn affecting residents, Jackson was not immune, as he himself has been struggling with properties. Now the youthful dream of never growing old may still remain part of Jackson's creed, but physically, he has been booted from Neverland.
Jackson has officially forfeited ownership of his Neverland ranch, near Santa Barbara. The new owner is Sycamore Valley Ranch Company, a company he is strongly affiliated with and part owner of. After a landslide of financial troubles, Jackson's love affair with the infamous ranch has been coming to a close.
