The Cleveland Browns are heading into this Monday Night Football game with an agonizing loss to the Denver Broncos last week on Thursday Night Football. Denver quarterback Jay Cutler threw well over 400 yards, and Cleveland lost the game at home, 34 to 30. The Buffalo Bills do not have any momentum going into this game either. Last week, they lost to the New England Patriots on the road, 20 to 10.
A key to this game may very well come down to the defense. Specifically, the Browns defense has been abysmal as of late. According to NFL.com, Cleveland’s defense has conceded an average of 496.5 yards in their last two games. With a defense that banal, it might be in the best interest of the Bills to rush the ball with their running back Marshawn Lynch. For the Browns, quarterback Brady Quinn will get his second career NFL start.
