American's Next Top Model host Tyra Banks had a surprise up her sleeve for a former contestant. Banks decided to help one of her . . . ladies, to become a real girl.

Isis King, the hopeful model who is still anatomically a man, will soon anatomically correct that. Banks surprised King by letting him know that the pricey sex-change surgery he had avoided, reportedly solely for financial reasons, is available to him -- at no charge. Some reports have stated that Banks will pay for the surgery, while others note that Bowers will cover the costs herself. This all takes place on Tuesday's "Tyra Banks Show."
King, the 22-year-old former contestant, has the opportunity to have gender reassignment surgery, courtesy of Dr. Marci Bowers. Bowers started life as a man, has multiple biological children, and is now known as one of the top physicians in the field of gender reassignment. Bowers has done hundreds of sex-change surgeries.
