We go to McDonalds for their cheap meat, not to become cheap meat. On Friday, Phillip Sherman sued employees at the McDonalds located on 6th Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas, for posting nude photos of his wife online. He had left his cell phone, which stored the photos, at the restaurant, and was assured by employees that it would be secured until his return (TheStraitsTimes.com).
Not only did the photos end up online, but so did Sherman's address and phone number, according to TMZ.com. His wife began receiving threatening and offensive calls, as well as stalkers, forcing the couple to move.
The Shermans are suing the chain, franchise owner, and store manager for $3 million in damages for emotional distress and relocation.
