Fries with That Controversy?

Do you want fries with that controversy?

An Arkansas McDonalds is at the center of a nude photo controversy. Apparently, Phillip Sherman brought his cell phone into a McDonalds fast food restaurant somewhere in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Sometime between entering the restaurant and arriving home, Sherman realized that he had left the cell phone behind.

He reportedly called the restaurant later, asking unnamed employees to watch the phone until he could come claim it. Soon after, some compromising photos of Sherman's wife ended up on the Internet. The connection? The nude photos were on his cell phone . . . the very same one left in the hands of strangers.

In a suit now being brought to court, the Shermans are requesting about $3 million in damages, and alleging that Sherman's wife, Tina, endured stalkers after the pictures and their address showed up online.

The Shermans should have just asked Miley Cyrus and Vanessa Hudgens why it's not a good reason to take naughty pictures and store them in odd places.
