Alex Rodriguez and Madonna to Spend Thanksgiving Together
According to Access Hollywood, Alex Rodriguez and the recently divorced Madonna will spend the Thanksgiving holiday together in New York. Rodriguez will host Madonna, her children, and their mutual manager, Guy Oseary.
Cynthia Rodriguez, Alex Rodriguez's soon-to-be ex-wife, disclosed this news in an email sent to a friend. "My 6-foot-3, 220-pound soul-less, soon-to-be ex-husband is abandoning his kids on Thanksgiving to be with Madonna. . . . She called and he ran on her command back to New York City. . . . Gross!" Cynthia wrote.
The alleged close relationship between Rodriguez and Madonna was a factor in Cynthia's decision to file for divorce in July of this year. The divorce filing occurred three months after the birth of the couple's third child. According to ESPN, Cynthia filed for divorce citing "emotional abandonment" and infidelity as the cause of the marital demise. Madonna has denied any involvement in the collapse of the Rodriguezs' marriage.
