Pattinson a Perfect Vampire?

Kristen Stewart explained today why Robert Pattinson was the perfect actor for his part in “Twilight.”
Given the thousands and thousands of screaming, frantic fans of Robert Pattinson for his role in the new vampire film, Twilight, it's apparent that although his costar, Kristen Stewart, was quite pleased with his performance, she wasn't the only one.
Stewart said that she could not imagine another actor in Pattinson's place.
"Not to put down any of the other actors who came in, because they were really good, but everyone came in playing Edward as this perfect, happy-go-lucky guy," Stewart told Teen magazine in their winter issue. "But I got hardcore pain from Rob. It was purely just connection."
For his part, Pattinson took his role seriously and studied a great deal to prepare for it; his source material was the original Stephenie Meyer novel.
"I kind of tried to read the book from Edward's perspective," Pattinson said. "He's this guy seen through the eyes of someone who is completely, obsessively in love with him. So I tried to make a reality about it and take it to how he sees himself."
