Man Arrested For Killing Hudson Relatives

A suspect was arrested in Chicago on December 1, 2008 for his role in the murders of three members of the Hudson family. William Balfour, 27, was arrested by Chicago authorities on Monday for the murders of Darnell Donerson, Jason Hudson and Julian King. The three were all relatives of actress and singer Jennifer Hudson, a former Oscar winner. Donerson was Hudson's mother, Jason was her brother and Julian was her 7-year-old nephew.

Balfour is the estranged husband of Jennifer Hudson's sister, Julia. He was previously in trouble for the law on various counts, including parole violations and attempted murder. No word yet on when a trial will take place.
