The ever-popular singing sensation turned 27 years old today. The starlet's newest album, Circus, also debuted today. As an added birthday present, the album has been getting resoundingly rave reviews from all corners. Happy birthday to you, Ms. Spears!
Circus is being celebrated by some as the triumphant best album of the singer's career, despite an already huge following. Spears has been on an upward climb, ever since the surprising actions taken over the last two years, including the hitherto-unknown reason behind the dissolution of her marriage, her psychiatric ward appearances, and her wig-wearing, umbrella-thrashing incidents. Since being put under the conservatorship of her father, Spears has appeared to be more calm and in control of her life. In recent interviews, she has spoken about a quieter dating life, going to bed early in the evenings, and the reason behind the breaking up of her marriage, all in an MTV documentary that aired on Sunday, November 30 on MTV.
