Actress is expecting a child with boyfriend James Tupper.
Anne Heche is expecting a child with boyfriend and former Men in Trees costar James Tupper, reported MSNBC. When the actress met Tupper, she was still married to Coley Laffoon, with whom she has another child. However, she quickly fell in love with Tupper onset and, after a messy divorce with Laffoon in 2007, the couple began dating.
“A lot of love struck,” Heche said in an interview with Access Hollywood. “I don’t think I was expecting it. I’ve found friendships with people here and I certainly found a friendship with James. Out of our understanding that we want to live life the same way, have the same point of view on life, we just were lucky enough to fall in love.”
Last year, when asked on Extra whether she would consider having more children, Heche responded, “Gotta leave it open, you know what I’m saying?”
A representative for Heche said the couple is “thrilled.”
