Oprah Is Bringing Her Show to the Presidential Inauguration

Oprah is attending the Presidential Inauguration for Barack Obama, and bringing her audience with her. The Oprah Winfrey Show will broadcast form Washington, D.C. during the week of January 20, 2009. Winfrey was a staunch Obama supporter, and as soon as she made the news public, she refused to have any candidates on her program, including the one she endorsed.
The first program in the nation's capital will broadcast from the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on January 19. Winfrey and Obama are both from Chicago, and she has been vocal about how historic Obama's election is since he won the office.
There's no word yet on who will be her guests that week, and there is buzz about whether our new Chief Executive will join her. Tickets are available on Oprah's Web site next week.
